BAOU Online Admission: BAOU Online Admission has started for the July 2026 cycle. The University provides 3 Undergraduate and 7 Postgraduate level programs to interested candidates. The University already started the admission for online courses, such as Master of Arts (English, Gujarati, Sociology), Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS), Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication (MAJMC), Master of Computer Application (MCA), Master of Commerce (MCOM), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Arts (English) and Bachelor of Commerce. The applicants are required to apply by 15th July 2026 for BAOU Online admission. The applications are only accepted online through its (official website). The application form fee is INR 1000. BAOU Online Admission is purely merit-based for all offered courses. The eligibility criteria for UG and PG programs are to pass the 10+2 examination or have a bachelor’s degree in any stream, respectively.

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University (BAOU) was established by the Act No.14 of 1994 passed by the Gujarat State Legislature on 13th April, 1994, Located in Chharodi, Ahmedabad. It offers UGC approved undergraduate and postgraduate programs in arts, science, commerce and management. Accredited with an NAAC A++ grade, the BAOU provides accessible education in Ahmedabad. BAOU Online Admission 2026 

The BAOU Online Admission has already started and the last date to apply is 15th July 2026. BAOU will commence the admission process for 3 UG and 7 PG  courses for the July 2026-27 academic session. Students must apply online through the (official website). BAOU Online Admission application form fee is INR 1000 for students. The applicants who are going to apply for UG (3 years 6 semesters) and PG (2 years 4 semesters) courses are required to complete their 10+2 and bachelor’s degree from any recognized board or University to become eligible for admission. Admission is completely based on merit.  

BAOU Online UG Admission 2026 

BAOU Online Admission is process for the 3 Undergraduate courses Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Arts (English) and Bachelor of Commerce admissions are ongoing for the July Cycle. BAOU Online Admission for UG courses 2026 last date will be 15th July 2026. The University offers a 3 year UG level semester based programme to eligible students. The University offers  UG courses. The duration of these bachelor’s degree programs is a minimum of 3 years. Applicants who are eligible for BAOU UG programs can apply after completing 12th from a recognized board. Fill the application form for INR 1000 and pay a program fee, which is approx INR 2750 to INR 7500 per semester. Admissions are done on the clear basis of merit score.

BAOU Online PG Admission 2026 

BAOU Online PG admission process is ongoing and the last date to apply is from the (official website) till 15th July 2026. Master’s degree programs offered by the university are Master of Arts (English, Gujarati, Sociology), MLIS, MAJMC, MCA, MCOM. The duration of the program is a minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 4 years, divided into 4 semesters. Admissions generally take place online on the basis of marks scored in past academics. Also, one must have completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Course fees mainly range from INR 3250 to INR 12500 with an application fee of INR 1000.

BAOU Online MA Admission 2026

BAOU Online offers admission to 3 MA specializations such as English, Sociology, and Gujarati. The online admission process is ongoing for the MA course for the July academic session and applicants must apply from before the deadline which is 15th July 2026. To pursue an MA course at this University, applicants need to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialization from an UGC approved University. The Online MA application form fee is INR 1000. The course fee is INR 3250 per semester.

Step 3: After completing the basic information, register yourself with the credentials and sign in.
