You need to make sure that the action steps are easy and realistic, so you can do them. Attach each action directly to your PDP goals. That demonstrates a clear flow and keeps you driven.

Reassess and Revise Your Plan When Your Career Changes

Careers change, and so should your plan. You need to be updated on your professional development plan. If it doesn’t fit with the goal, change it. When a new opportunity arises, add it.
