Field Depots are one of those things you barely notice in ARC Raiders until a quest sends you hunting for one, and then suddenly they matter a lot. Early on, loads of players walk straight past them. I did too. They're not huge, and they don't look like major landmarks at first glance. What gives them away is the roof setup: a tall antenna or radar mast, usually with a blue tarp hanging off the side. Once that shape clicks in your head, it gets much easier to pick them out from a distance, which helps a ton when you're running low on meds, trying to finish tasks, or planning a route around ARC Raiders Coins farming and loot efficiency.
How to spot them before the map does
The awkward part is that depots don't instantly show on your map when the raid starts. You've got to get pretty close before the icon appears, usually somewhere around 50 to 75 metres. The same habit carries over into Buried City and Spaceport. Learn the depot positions, approach them carefully, and don't force a crate delivery if the area feels hot.
