vs. , Game 5, 8 p.m. ET, NBCSNSeries tied 2-2After two pretty forgettable performances in Games 2 and 3 of the Eastern Conference Final series against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the New York Rangers were back to looking like, well ... the New York Rangers in Game 4.They gave up a lot of shots, was nearly unbeatable, and they let their goalie carry them to a huge win in what was pretty close to a must-win game without actually being a must-win game.There was really only one major difference. They also scored a lot of goals. And not only did they score a lot of goals (scoring more than two goals for only the fifth time in 16 playoff games this year), three of those goals came from the two players that have been feeling the heat for not scoring in these playoffs -- (who scored two goals in the win) and former Tampa Bay Lightning forward .Even though scoring goals has been an i sue for the Rangers at times in these playoffs, they have had their moments where they seemed to be on the verge of breaking out offensively, creating chances, sustaining pre sure in the offensive zone and always being around the net. They just simply could not finish, whether it was the result of great goaltending or just simply misfiring when they had open looks. Given the talent they have on their roster offense should have never been as much of a problem as it had been at times this season and into the playoffs. But over the past two games they have finally started to break out a little bit and get some offense, and it couldn't be happening at DeAndre Goolsby Jersey a better time.Pick: Rangers 4, Lightning 3 (overtime)Three Stars1. Rick Nash, New York Rangers: Great goal scorers score goals in bunches. They go on a hot streak, they score six goals in seven games, and then they go dry for the next seven or eight games. This is true for pretty much every player in the NHL, and Rick Nash is no different. So maybe his two-goal game in Game 4 is the start of something big for him and the Rangers and the spark he needed to get out of his lengthy postseason scoring drought that has gone on for more than two years. He was never playing as poorly as his box score numbers would indicate, but when you're Rick Nash and are one of the highest paid players in the league there is always an expectation to score. Perhaps now he will get back to doing that.2. , Tampa Bay Lightning: After being limited to just three points in his first eight playoff games this year -- and scoring zero goals -- Stamkos now has 12 points in Tampa Bay's past nine games and has recorded a point in eight of them. He is riding a three-game goal scoring streak heading into Game 5 and has scored at least one goal in five of his past six games. With the Triplets doing their thing on the second line and the Stamkos- duo scoring on the top line the Lightning are quite the force offensively. 3. , New York Rangers: The Rangers are really starting to get a taste of what Yandle can do when he is playing at his best, and the hockey world is starting to understand why the Rangers gave up so much to get him at the NHL trade deadline. Yandle can be a dynamic player offensively and that skill has been on display over the past two games where Yandle has five points (one goal, four a sists) and has arguably been the Rangers' best defenseman.
