Without a proper change management strategy, this can lead to resistance, confusion, and a temporary dip in productivity. Agents require comprehensive training not only on how to use the new software but also on how to leverage its advanced features to deliver a better customer experience. For example, mastering an omnichannel interface to manage multiple conversations simultaneously is a skill that needs to be developed. Ensuring that the workforce is prepared, supported, and motivated throughout the transition is critical for realizing the full return on investment from a CCaaS implementation.
