Creating the characters is one of the most demanding parts of game development
Creating the characters we see on screen is one of the most demanding parts of game development. When I first started working on my project, I honestly underestimated how complex 3D character creation would be. Concept art alone took time, but translating that concept into a fully realized 3D character was a whole different challenge. Topology, proportions, facial expressions, materials, rigging — every small detail mattered. Trying to handle all of this on my own quickly became overwhelming and started to slow down the entire development process. That’s when I decided to turn to VSQUAD Studio — and it was a turning point for the project. The team didn’t just “model a character”; they worked to understand the game’s style, mood, and technical requirements. They paid close attention to details that directly affect gameplay and performance, ensuring the characters weren’t just visually appealing, but also optimized and animation-ready.
