Dry skin can feel tight, itchy or sad  just like it’s missing something important. Here are expert tips to help it smile again.

Simple expert tips:

  • Use warm water not hot water for showers , hot water strips away natural oils.

  • After washing, pat your skin dry and apply moisturizer right away while your skin is still a little damp.

  • Use a gentle cleanser that doesn’t make your skin “go tight” afterwards.

  • Drink water every day  your skin needs care from the inside too.

  • If the air feels dry (in winter or with heaters), use a humidifier or place a bowl of water near the heater to add moisture to the air.
